BEGINNER

Are you a first-timer? Or having flexibility problems? Beginner Yoga Class will guide you step by step considering your weaknesses and limitations

VINYASA FLOW

Experience a graceful flow with dynamic transitions guiding movement one breath at a time. Be skillfully guided to a peak pose and explore peak poses and end up soak with sweat before SAVASANA.

DEEP STRETCH

If you are dealing with constant back pain, shoulder pain, or limitations in the body, allow the body to deep stretch to improve its flexibility though a very slow and long hold of each pose. 

YOGA FOR TEENS

Practice Yoga with our Certified Teen Yoga Teacher.

AERIAL YOGA

Yoga using Arial Hammock and Belt to support the practice. 

YIN / YANG FLOW

If you are looking to balance the Yin to your Yang, and unblocking your energy flow in the body or just simply melt into stillness, YIN YANG FLOW will guide you.

Taking my YTT at Mindful Yoga Cebu has been one of my personal investments that I can say is worth it. I did not only learn to correct my poses and be aligned, I also learned how to deconstruct the poses in a way that's safe and I have so much creating my own flows based on the design template from Yoga Alliance. One of the other things I like is the community, because even after I graduated, I continue to communicate like ask for advice from my head teacher trainer Ms. Marie whenever I meet something like health-related, especially when there's something scientific, especially when it comes to the anatomy of a student, that I need help with. Her background in nursing really helps us.

I really enjoyed my experience with Mindful Yoga Cebu School. We get to experience different styles of hatha yoga like vinyasa, restorative, aerial, acro yoga. Also, the place is very conducive for learning and the lead trainer is well versed. We also get to experience different workshops from different mentors.
