Teacher Tess is a graduate of RYS200 Yoga Alliance TTC from Mindful Yoga Cebu School.
She practices Yoga with an emphasis on the awareness of the breath, body alignment, and subtle nuances that create symphony of movement. She creates space for her students where they feel both challenged and supported allowing their practice to evolve at its own pace. Whether they seek strength, flexibility, or simply a sanctuary for the mind she gladly guides the student on their own path of self-discovery.
