If you are looking to balance the Yin to your Yang, and unblocking your energy flow in the body or just simply melt into stillness, YIN YANG FLOW will guide you.

VINYASA FLOW

Experience a graceful flow with dynamic transitions guiding movement one breath at a time. Be skillfully guided to a peak pose and explore peak poses and end up soak with sweat before SAVASANA.

POWER YOGA

Looking for strong flow to develop your strength and balance your flexibility do challenging YOGA ASANA. Power Yoga will give you daily motivation to advance in Yoga.

DEEP STRETCH

If you are dealing with constant back pain, shoulder pain, or limitations in the body, allow the body to deep stretch to improve its flexibility though a very slow and long hold of each pose. 

GENTLE FLOW

For beginners in Yoga who want to explore a slow mindful flow. Simple pose to pose transitions and be constantly reminded to slow down and enjoy the moment, indulge in Gentle Flow
