Mindful Yoga Teacher
Teacher Glenna started her 100-hour Ashtanga Teachers Training with Amitabha at Shanti Shala in 2011. She then completed her 200-hour Yoga Alliance YTT with Pascale Wettstein in 2015. She then trained further under Ms. Ligaya Lita Quisumbing for Pressure Point Therapy, Resist a Ball, Nirvana Fitness, Pilates, and Barre Fusion. Her classes feature a well-rounded and versatile sequence that is catered to the student’s needs. Experiencing challenges without going over one’s limit.
Teaching Style: Ashtanga Vinyasa, Vinyasa, Pilates Fusion, Nirvana Fitness.
Teaches at: Anytime Fitness, Mindful Yoga School Mactan and Mandaue.
(RYT200 Registered Yoga Teacher) with certificates accepted worldwide. Training includes long-term mentorship by the lead trainer.
